En 2002 plantamos los treinta y tres bancales de esta parcela con Tintilla.
Las laderas de este valle se han ido erosionado con el paso del tiempo a partir del Macizo de Teno, el primero que emergió del Océano hace once millones de años.
A más 700 metros de altura, la influencia de los Alisios hace que la diferencia de temperatura entre la noche y el día sea drástica, lo que resulta perfecto para una uva como la Tintilla.
En los últimos años hemos plantado Vijariego Negro y Bastardo.

WINE IS MADE FIRST AND FOREMOST IN THE VINEYARD
We believe it’s only possible to make great wine from great grapes, and the volcanic soils of Tenerife have a key role to play in the unique style of our wines. For the last 20 years, we’ve been carefully mapping our islands’ native grape varieties to specific vineyards – each perfectly matched to the microclimate and soil.
Our vineyards are mostly based in the north-west of Tenerife; a lush, green, part of the island, swept by the trade winds and exposed to brilliant sunshine. We also work with a variety of independent viticulturists, most of whom we’ve had relationships with for more than 20 years. The combination of our individual microclimates, old native vines, and the decades of our shared expertise in tending them is the blueprint for our terroir.
While we manage various plots of land in north-west Tenerife, the following vineyards have all earned a special place in our hearts.
