En 2002 plantamos los treinta y tres bancales de esta parcela con Tintilla.
Las laderas de este valle se han ido erosionado con el paso del tiempo a partir del Macizo de Teno, el primero que emergió del Océano hace once millones de años.
A más 700 metros de altura, la influencia de los Alisios hace que la diferencia de temperatura entre la noche y el día sea drástica, lo que resulta perfecto para una uva como la Tintilla.
En los últimos años hemos plantado Vijariego Negro y Bastardo.

CANARY ISLAND VARIETALS
Historically, the Canary Islands were a staging point for expeditions to the Americas. As a result, they have an incredible array of grape varieties, mostly now unique to the islands themselves. These grape varieties are part of the Canary Islands’ identity, heritage, and ultimately its future. Our Varietales de Canarias collection celebrates our viticultural heritage by producing single-varietal wines from each of these remarkable native grapes.
ENSAMBLAJES COLLECTION
A small yet important wine collection that showcases the unique microclimate of north-west Tenerife and the amazing concentration of volcanic soils there. By blending our native grape varieties in ensamblajes we express the volcanic terroir of this special part of the island. Smoky, lifted and intense; both the red and white versions of these wines are a sneak-peak at the best that Tenerife has to offer.

We can only move towards the future by exploring the past as we go. The Canary Islands have a winemaking history stretching back 600 years, and by applying some of our ancestors’ ancient viticultural methods we bring out the true nature of our native vines.
PET NAT
The Pet Nat, pétillant naturell, or also called ancestral, is a sparkling wine from a single fermentation that is bottled before finishing it and therefore, the foam is generated with the sugar from the grape itself, which differentiates it from other best-known sparkling wines that are made with two fermentations adding sugar in the second to generate the bubble.
